About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Lead to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. As a Logistics Lead, you’ll coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement and team development. This role is part of a team that directly supports Ecolab’s mission to protect public health and the environment, offering hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and processes. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in a supportive environment that values safety, collaboration, and shared success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Prior SAP experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• TPM knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Basic understanding of transportation processes
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma systems
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Experience in a lead or backup lead role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish standard work and support training of team members
• Coordinate labor and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including forklift backup when needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system deployments
• Identify and address safety hazards through audits and proactive initiatives
• Communicate performance concerns to the shift Team Leader
• Escalate maintenance, quality, and safety issues to leadership
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Other duties as assigned
