About The Position

The responsibility of the Logistics Implementation Analyst is to plan, implement, and monitor the overall implementation strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role collaborates with several other departments (Operations, Implementation, Billing, and Sales) to build workflows based upon customer needs and implement the strategies necessary to cultivate a successful client relationship. The Logistics Implementation Analyst is also responsible for creating and executing best practices for the NetSuite and Tangoe mobile platform integrations. Persons filling this role must have advanced knowledge of Office 365, NetSuite, and the Tangoe mobile platform.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Office365, NetSuite, and Tangoe Mobile Portal is strongly recommended
  • Understanding of the principles of the 5S methodology and their use for process improvement
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand and implement contractual requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to adhering to safety and security policy to promote a safe working environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodology preferred
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Prior logistics experience a plus
  • Prior Tangoe experience preferred
  • Prior experience operating a forklift, barcode scanner, barcoding software, and standard logistics printers is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity between multiple MMS platforms and NetSuite.
  • Action requests from interdepartmental teams and client Points of Contact (POC’s) during implementation process regarding inventory and asset management.
  • Notify logistics teams when devices will transition to End of Life(EOL) as well asassisting in the management of client device life cycle programs.
  • Create and maintain NetSuite reports for internal and external use, providing insights to drive decision making.
  • Collaborate with Transition Team to create Seed Stock management programs to ensure integration readiness.
  • Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and escalate through proper channels when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Data, ETL, and Operations departments to ensure client processes are completed within the integration guidelines.
  • Design warehouse inventory management practices including Forward/Reverse Logistics programs, recycle procedures, shipping preferences, and inventory item management.
  • Work with existing customers to modify and optimize their Logistics or Depot Services according to best practices.
  • Work with internal teams to identify potential customers interested in implementing Logistics or Depot Services.
  • Conduct or participate in design sessions with new Logistics customers to gather requirements, discuss optimizations and/or enhancements.
  • Thoroughly document all processes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage, improve, and expand upon vendor partnerships to improve service delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors and recommend billing process improvements.
  • Review and research complex technical data issues to identify and resolve errors and billing variances.
  • Support daily invoice generation including gathering billing data and assuring billing accuracy.
  • Research records in the revenue stream and work with process owners to take corrective and preventative action when required.
