About The Position

Your Work Matters The Logistics Analyst supports Floor & Decor’s North American transportation network by managing inbound and outbound freight across DCs and vendors. This role is responsible for load planning, carrier selection and tendering, shipment tracking, appointment scheduling, exception management, and maintaining accurate data within the TMS. The position also analyzes freight performance, maintains carrier KPI scorecards, and partners with internal teams and transportation providers to improve service, control costs, and resolve issues impacting DCs and store locations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Working knowledge of transportation and supply chain principles
