About The Position

Stratagem Solutions, Inc is in search of a Logistics Analyst to provide acquisition logistics support to the Logistics Management Division (LMD) Chief / Product Support Manager (PSM) for UAS weapon systems that spans the acquisition life-cycle framework. Support will focus on the writing, management, and staffing of acquisition logistics documentation meeting milestone events.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the development, testing, fielding/training, and sustainment phases of the life cycle.
  • Must be capable of conducting independent analyses, evaluation, and assessment of logistics and system engineering issues.
  • Must have demonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
  • Must be able to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership, as well as present material orally.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Army Logistics Acquisition processes, Milestone Documentation, and program decision processes.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Logistics Commands and Capability Program Executive, Aviation (CPE AVN) guidance, directives, and policies.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Army Logistics Acquisition processes, Milestone Documentation, and the program decision process. This includes familiarity with documents such as Initial Capability Documents (ICDs) and Capability Production Documents (CPDs).
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the entire life cycle of a program, including the development, testing, fielding/training, and sustainment phases.
  • Must have expertise in developing and managing acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Strategies, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Level of Repair Analyses (LORA), Middle Tier of Acquisition, Core Depot Assessments (CDA), Core Logistics/Source of Repair Analyses, and Market Research.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of IPS requirements, analysis, implementation, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidance.
  • Must have knowledge of how to establish the logistics supportability of systems and subsystems, with a focus on supportability, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Must have familiarity with Software Materiel Releases, Modified Work Orders (MWO), and the processes for material release and fielding to maintain equipment in a fully mission-capable status.
  • Must have an understanding of logistics scheduling trends and best practices to develop realistic and executable logistics schedules.
  • Must have ability to conduct independent analyses, evaluations, and assessments of logistics and system engineering issues. This includes performing critical path and risk analyses on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior-level military and corporate leadership, and to present material orally.
  • Must have ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. This includes organizing and facilitating working groups and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, independent agencies, industry partners, and government organizations.
  • Must have proficiency in developing, updating, maintaining, and evaluating various logistics and acquisition documents to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Must have proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must have ability to integrate schedule, budget, and technical/performance activities to effectively manage and achieve program logistics objectives.
  • Must have the capability to conduct independent analyses, evaluations, and assessments of complex logistics and system engineering issues without direct supervision.
  • Existing Active Security Clearance REQUIRED: SECRET
  • Minimum Education – Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience - 10 years
  • Alternate Education and Experience – HS and 14 years

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the UAS documentation Integrated Product Team (IPT), develop schedules, track progress, keep meeting minutes/notes, adjudicate comments between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely review of new or updated acquisition documentation, including but not limited to Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSP) and associated annexes, Acquisition Strategy (AS), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), to support alignment back the LCSP for acquisition milestone reviews.
  • Maintain cognizance of deadlines and take appropriate action to complete tasks in time to accommodate review schedules.
  • Leverage technical and logistics experience in performing reviewing contractor proposals with a focus on identifying potential product support impacts.
  • Recognize issues, propose or jointly develop corrective action, and keep the PSM informed.
  • Provide briefings, presentations, and written reports to leadership, management and peers.
