The primary focus of this role will be to work with practices on the build and support of the ETM model.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
4+ years’ experience with athenaIDX
Visio and/or other process mapping experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead cross functional meetings with blended audiences, technical, end users, management from both internal and practices
Candidates must be authorized to work in USA. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Strong Project Management Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite
Building plans for execution and follow-up to completion
Change Management Experience

Responsibilities

The Build and Support of the ETM module, ETM user build and updates for new and existing markets in athenaIDX.
Participate/facilitate the build of Transaction Editing System (TES) in athenaIDX
Participate/facilitate the build of Patient Liability (PLE) in athenaIDX
Document and develop process maps for new/existing processes that reflect current and future states
