Job Title Sr Tech Implementation Analyst What does a successful Technical Account Manager do? You'll be part of a technical team that serves as the strategic guide for our key partners, including middleware, software vendors, and third-party service providers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 4–7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • 2-4+ years in a customer facing technical roles such as Operations Support, IT Consultant, Customer Success Engineer.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills with experience leading cross-functional escalations with multiple teams
  • Exposure to transaction processing systems and formats.
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MS Teams, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
  • Project, product, or service management knowledge.
  • Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process.
  • Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms, retail merchant services, payment transactions, or payment gateways.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact assisting with the rapid resolution of high impact production issues affecting multiple merchants to minimize downtime and protect revenue
  • Ensure all newly certified integrated partner solutions are production ready, secure and aligned with platform standards
  • Maintain up-to-date, actionable documentation that empowers partners to self-serve and resolve common issues
  • Assist in maintaining stable, secure and performant connectivity between partner systems and the Fiserv platforms
  • Provide a responsive and organized communication channel for partner technical inquiries and escalations
