Implement the strategic Human Resource (HR) Plan, ensuring a distinct competitive advantage for the organization. Oversee and ensure legal compliance throughout all employee relations activities, including training, investigations, decision-making processes and follow through. Partner with Supply Chain leadership for planning and development activities for new and existing programs and policies.
