About The Position
Under general supervision, the position is responsible for utilizing problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization. The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external customers to understand the parameters of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- 4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Demonstration of experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL
- This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

- Apply knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutions
- Increase awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
- Identify and solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data or process mapping
- Analyze a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity
- Tailor communication of technical information to audience of peers and business partners
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions
