About The Position

Guardian Bikes is a direct-to-consumer kids’ bike brand that designs, manufactures, fulfills, and sells bikes from its U.S. factory. The Logistics Driver safely and promptly transports bikes, parts, and equipment between manufacturing facilities, the warehouse, and local partners using toter trucks and box trucks. The role helps ensure products reach customers and retail partners on schedule and in excellent condition. The driver may also assist with warehouse duties as needed and provides courteous service to retail partners and customers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) and a clean driving record with no disqualifying violations.
• At least 1 year of experience driving box trucks and/or toter trucks.
• Ability to operate larger commercial vehicles, including backing up, making tight turns, and maneuvering at docks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical loading and unloading tasks as needed.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfort using basic technology, including GPS, delivery-tracking apps, and mobile scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Experience specifically with toter trucks.
• Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Passion for cycling or youth safety products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company toter trucks and box trucks to transport bikes and inventory between locations.
• Load and unload shipments using a sit-down forklift, handling and securing products to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of toter trucks and box trucks, and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate proactively with production, warehouse, and operations teams about delays, route changes, or vehicle issues.
• Follow local, state, and federal transportation and vehicle safety regulations.
• Maneuver larger vehicles safely in tight warehouse, loading-dock, and urban delivery environments.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory counts, packing, and staging shipments as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with retail partners or customers.
