Requirements
- A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Great communication and people skills — we’re all about community!
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs (you’ll stay fit AND do good)
- A positive attitude and a heart for our mission
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Goodwill truck to transport donations and goods between stores and donation centers
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with donors and team members
- Help load and unload donations — teamwork makes the dream work!
- Keep accurate route logs and vehicle inspections (because safety = success)
- Start your day with a quick safety check and route review
- Work closely with store teams to move merchandise and donations efficiently
- Meet friendly donors who are excited to support the mission
- Enjoy a sense of accomplishment knowing that every delivery helps fund job training and community programs
