This role is responsible for wrapping and protecting finished goods, staging and loading them for delivery, managing parts and product, performing field deliveries, and ensuring quality control. The driver will uphold the company's commitment to "Nothing Less Than Monumental craftsmanship" and "White Glove Customer Service." This includes preparing goods for delivery, picking up and delivering materials, and potentially possessing installer skills such as reading blueprints, measuring, and understanding construction concepts. The position requires strong communication with the Logistics Coordinator and VP of Field Operations, flexibility for travel, and the ability to manage quality initiatives throughout the delivery and installation phases. Daily reports on materials, job changes, and on-site progress are expected, along with contributions to continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts to enhance quality and reduce costs. The role also involves educating company personnel on best management practices and modern technologies.
