Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous delivery driver experience is a plus!
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is a must.
Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.
GPS Familiarity – know how to navigate to get the job done!
Basic Mechanical Skills – keep your vehicle in top shape with routine checks.
Physical Ability – able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.).
Strong Organizational Skills – keep deliveries on track and routes efficient.
Great Communication – work well with dispatch, managers, and your team.

Responsibilities

Driving safely and efficiently, delivering materials to company locations across Indiana.
Loading and unloading materials carefully, ensuring everything is properly secured for transit.
Providing exceptional customer service as you communicate delivery updates and address inquiries.
Maintaining logs and records – document mileage, delivery activities, and any issues for smooth operations.
Routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to keep your delivery vehicle in top condition.
Collaboration – working with dispatch and department managers to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time arrivals.
Problem-solving – handle feedback and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintaining your vehicle – keeping it clean, safe, and ready to roll every day.
