About The Position

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle transport between dealerships, auctions (Manheim, ADESA, ACV), and customer locations. This role requires hands-on experience in automotive transport, dispatching, and coordination using Super Dispatch or similar platforms. If you’ve worked in a dealership, fleet, or auto transport setting and know how to keep vehicles moving efficiently and cost-effectively, this role offers strong visibility and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years in vehicle logistics, dispatching, or fleet coordination
• Proficient with Super Dispatch a plus
• Skilled in routing, carrier coordination, and cost optimization
• Proven record of improving transport turnaround and reliability
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle transport scheduling and routing
• Assign drivers and carriers, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
• Track and update vehicle movement using Super Dispatch
• Optimize transport cost and turnaround time
• Communicate with dealerships, auctions, and drivers
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and inventory status
