Requirements

1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and responsive
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is a plus
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus

Responsibilities

Build and manage daily shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and load planning
Tender loads to carriers (LTL and full truckload) and ensure timely delivery
Communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal teams
Act as a key point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal partners
Investigate and help resolve billing or rate discrepancies
Troubleshoot service issues (delays, missed pickups, etc.) and escalate when needed
Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve efficiency
Share recommendations and partner with the team to implement improvements
Support additional logistics tasks as needed
