About The Position

Serve as the primary point of contact to manage expectations, ensure high-quality service, and build productive networks with internal teams, external clients, and vendors. Translate complex business requirements and diagnosed problems into integrated, multi-platform system solutions. Author and manage critical project deliverables, including comprehensive project plans, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). Lead design sessions and establish technical requirements, translating abstract business problems into logical, structured system architecture. Direct and perform technical and economic feasibility analyses to resolve unprecedented, highly complex project issues. Act as a staff resource to mentor team members on architectural systems and best practices.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
