Our Opportunity GPJ is hiring a Logistics Coordinator support to join our growing team. This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Nashville office location a minimum of 5 days per week. Your Role As the Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the basic logistics needs for GPJ clients. This role will be responsible for creating and obtaining Bills of Lading for last-minute shipments, scheduling driver appointments, coordinating with Account Leads, Installation and Dismantle Supervisors for on-site deliveries, faxing/emailing all necessary tracking information and Bills of Lading to Account Leads/Project Managers and Estimators. As Logistics Coordinator, you will utilize knowledge of GPJ Logistics processes and procedures to guide them in the right direction. Your Skills Manage logistics requirements for GPJ client accounts Gain a complete understanding and are fluent in GPJ IGL, XPD8 + all Inventory systems Attend and contribute to Client Team meetings on a regular basis Show Proficiency in Excel & Word Show commitment to ensure all Logistics requirements are met Quick on Your Feet - You process information quickly and devise possible solutions in a calculated, organized way. College degree preferred but not mandatory. 1(+) years’ of industry related experience.
