About The Position

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Plymouth facility. In this role, you will receive, verify, and process incoming shipments. You will pack and prepare products for shipping from the plant and coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. Additionally, you will maintain the organization of the warehouse where raw materials and finished goods are stored.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; industrial or trade school training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• 3-5 years of material handling or warehouse experience, including picking, packing, and putting away materials in a production environment.
• General computer proficiency, including experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet-based applications.
• Ability to comply with ISO requirements and other internal and external regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Candidates should be technologically inclined and willing to work overtime during peak business periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to receive, ship, load, unload, move and store products and materials in a safe manner that assures material will be safe from damage and accurately accounted for.
• Read work orders and oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Maintain organization of raw/finished goods in the warehouse.
• Assist in quarterly/yearly inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/or mission
