This role involves coordinating daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery, scheduling and tracking transportation activities, monitoring shipment statuses, and resolving transit or delivery issues. The position also requires preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating shipment discrepancies, and supporting peer logistics coordinators. Collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to streamline workflows, following and updating logistics SOPs, tracking KPIs, and ensuring customer requirements and SLAs are met are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.
1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
Ensure customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
