Requirements

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Customer service experience (retail and restaurant are good fit)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Strong ability to multitask
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in logistics and customer service
• Ability to work On-Call
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning drivers to delivery routes
• Coordinating deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensuring compliance with customers requirements
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a pool of independent contractor drivers and recruit new contractors as necessary
• Manage billing and driver settlements daily utilizing eCourier software
• Preparing and submitting reports for clients and management
• Attending weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed
• Conducting meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns
• Cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations
