About The Position

Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information. Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, importexport licensing, shipment of products, and third party warehousing. Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SOX and FDA requirements is desirable.
  • Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
  • Learns to use professional concepts.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Works on problems of limited scope.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Builds stable working relationships internally
  • Normally receives detailed instructions on work
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Little or no experience.
  • Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.
  • Light work that will occasionally require employee to lift/move up to 20lbs. and occasionally lift more than 20 lbs. to greater than 40 lbs.
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving heavy equipment and/or supplies occasionally.
  • Reaching above and below the shoulder occasionally.
  • Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools occasionally.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities.
