About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the import and export of third-party semen and embryos, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt through invoicing. You will serve as a key liaison between domestic and international customers, production centers, and logistics partners - supporting efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in building relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industry

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
• Demonstrated experience working in JDE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of semen and embryos through Alta to international destinations.
• Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with CFIA.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution.
• Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and invoicing.
• Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations to ensure compliance with international trade laws.
