About The Position

Maplehurst Farms is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to administer logistics operations and ensure smooth, timely hauling services. This is a seasonal, high-intensity role requiring hard work, the ability to handle mentally demanding situations, and strong attendance. The Logistics Coordinator will be crucial in scheduling, coordinating shipments, and supporting the logistics team to ensure efficient hauling operations during the busy season.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential
• High School degree/GED
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive attitude with a desire to prove yourself and grow within the company
• Microsoft Excel experience
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations is required
• Understanding of DOT requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Dispatching / Route Coordination being preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules for drivers
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely operations
• Resolve any issues that arise in real time with management's direction
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, timely requests, and transportation activities
• Assist with problem-solving while under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support the management with ad hoc tasks as needed
