About The Position

The Loan and Demo Specialist is responsible for managing the check-in and check-out process for all equipment in the loan/demo room. This role involves verifying items are properly labeled, accounted for, and stored correctly. The specialist will update and maintain an accurate equipment log in Excel, documenting dates, user information, and item status, and ensuring all equipment returns are recorded with their condition noted. This position requires communication with employees regarding equipment, maintaining an organized and clean loan/demo room, and notifying the supervisor of any equipment discrepancies. The role also involves following all company procedures for equipment handling and tracking.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communications – Fluent in English
• Basic proficiency with Excel (data entry, sorting, simple updates).
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in record keeping.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable interacting with staff and tracking physical inventory.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 Lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Manage the check-in and check-out process for all equipment in the loan/demo room.
• Verify items are properly labeled, accounted for, and stored in the correct location.
• Update and maintain an accurate equipment log in Excel, including dates, user information, and item status.
• Ensure all equipment returns are documented and condition is noted.
• Communicate with employees who are borrowing or returning equipment as needed.
• Keep the loan/demo room organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
• Notify supervisor of any missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment.
• Follow all company procedures for equipment handling and tracking.
