About The Position

This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries, and effective communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This is an entry-level role intended to develop the individual’s skills for logistics coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic understanding of supply chain operations and transportation procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new systems.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail in managing logistics documentation, records, data, and shipment tracking.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage shipments from origin to destination, resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Communicate with carriers and other partners to ensure efficient delivery of shipments.
  • Assist with the management of returns, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.
  • Book basic shipments such as domestic parcels and freight.
  • Report management and investigation of discrepancies.
  • Creating, organizing, and reporting on data through spreadsheets and other mediums.
  • Daily file-scanning, storage, and organization of physical and digital shipping documents.
  • Assist the Warehouse team as needed.
