About The Position

This role involves supporting warehouse operations and managing transportation. Key responsibilities include processing and maintaining inventory, handling transportation arrangements, and managing data within ERP/WMS/TMS systems. The associate will monitor and troubleshoot warehouse inventory, provide reports on warehouse and shipping activities, and work within the Transportation Management System (TMS). A crucial part of the role is ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining service quality, and processing deliveries and warehouse systems efficiently, safely, and at a reasonable rate. The ideal candidate should be a team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain functions.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.) and major MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties assigned.
  • Basic knowledge of economics and accounting.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Management of financial resources.
  • Time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Korean bilingual preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP/TMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs data management through data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and problem analysis, while executing day-to-day processes.
  • Pulls data from numerous databases (using Excel, ERP, TMS, and/or other data management systems) and performs ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Manages central and regional warehouses with WMS.
  • Monitors daily warehouse reports and processes necessary transactions in SAP and WMS for RMA/damage/block/unblock for consistency.
  • Resolves warehouse, production, and sales team collaboration issues.
  • Conducts warehouse inventory audits and inspects damaged products.
  • Updates all transactions in SAP and WMS regarding inventory discrepancies.
  • Manages all warehouse equipment usage (tractor/forklift hours) and lease renewals; assists in procurement/negotiations for new equipment leases.
  • Creates and analyzes reports to support business execution.
  • Supports the business and maintains reports from various resources as specific to department or organizational needs.
  • Manages irregularities such as delays, claims, and damage/lost in transit.
  • Supports logistics cost analysis.
  • Maintains proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration, including track and trace, IOD and POD, shipment issues (damage, short or missing), evaluates, records, and responds to additional/special service requests, handles damage and loss claims, and assists in troubleshooting and resolving irregular service and operational issues.
  • Works directly with carriers to resolve transportation-related issues, develop new carriers, and manage all modes such as FTL, LTL, and DTL.
  • Monitors, works, and reports irregular and exceptional issues for related departments such as sales and PM teams for transportation operation support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
