About The Position

This is a full-time position with competitive pay. The role involves packaging bulk and foreign shipments, processing them through the company shipping system, packing and labeling cartons, completing necessary paperwork, and entering transactions into the workflow system. The associate will also demonstrate a working knowledge of shipping software, postal meters, and the shrink wrap machine, while adhering to all safety procedures and assisting with housekeeping in the distribution area. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Good reading comprehension skills
• Basic math and counting skills

Responsibilities

• Package bulk and foreign shipments as instructed on the job jacket and process shipment through the company shipping system.
• Pack product as required for shipment.
• Label cartons as specified by customer.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and enter transactions into workflow system in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of shipping software, postal meters and the shrink wrap machine.
• Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE, Ergonomics, etc.
• Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
• Assist with housekeeping in the Distribution area.
• Other duties as assigned.
