About The Position

Nor-Cal Controls is seeking a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations for a company providing engineering services for utility-scale renewable energy power plants. The position is responsible for administrative duties such as documentation, inventory record-keeping, and internal and external communications, as well as handling incoming and outgoing product shipments. This is a full-time, onsite warehouse position with a starting salary of $23 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. In the first 90 days, the associate is expected to develop a thorough understanding of shipping and receiving procedures, perform shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies, and meet Nor-Cal’s Core Values. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be mobile in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
