This includes researching and resolving complex transactions related to "Invoices not Received" and "Received not Invoiced," as well as specialty transactions like proof of delivery issues, shipping mode identification, and managing returns. The associate will assist with the distribution of medical products, including controlled substances and hazardous materials, and utilize various reports to ensure data integrity. Identifying and resolving processing delays, collaborating on long-term solutions, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations are also key functions. The position may involve driving, requiring a valid driver's license for a subset of employees.
