About The Position
Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join their team in Grapevine, TX. This role is crucial in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. The Logistics Associate I will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on position offering the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience with a Raymond brand reach truck

- Previous plant or warehouse experience
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Strong communication and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
- Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
- Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
- Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
- Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
- Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
- Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
- Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
