Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Metalworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Safety‑minded, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack incoming parts; verify part numbers and quantities
- Package and ship parts to customers
- Organize and maintain inventory and repair paperwork
- Enter and update inventory and order data in systems
- Track work in process (WIP) to support on-time delivery
- Investigate and resolve inventory or paperwork discrepancies
- Coordinate with production, quality, and customers
- Help maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) efforts
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures
