About The Position

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and hands‑on Logistics and Stock Coordinator to play a central role in keeping our engineering and field operations running smoothly. Our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team underpins every aspect of fleet, stock, tooling, and engineering support across the business, ensuring our service delivery is efficient, compliant, and ready to scale. As our Warehouse‑Based Logistics and Stock Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the team, managing stock movement, receiving deliveries, overseeing tooling, supporting engineer onboarding, and maintaining accurate records across our fleet and systems. Your presence in the warehouse will ensure our engineers have what they need, when they need it, while you keep our internal processes aligned and running seamlessly. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager and working closely with the Planning & Resource Team, you’ll help maintain the systems and workflows that keep our field teams equipped and our operations performing at their best.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience in operations, logistics, or engineering support.
  • Experience with fleet administration (e.g., maintenance scheduling, compliance tracking, vehicle onboarding, insurance/tax updates).
  • Practical experience with stock control or warehouse processes, including deliveries, issuing materials, and cycle counts.
  • Confident using operational platforms such as Monday.com, BigChange, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, especially with asset records, compliance, and stock accuracy.
  • Clear communicator, able to work closely with engineers, planners, suppliers, and internal teams.
