About The Position

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Analyst to support operational planning and business process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will analyze workflows, coordinate operational data, monitor key performance metrics, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency across administrative and business operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and can transform operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in logistics analysis, operations analysis, business analysis, or data analytics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor business workflows and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collect, validate, and interpret data from internal systems and business applications.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support operational planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for leadership.
