About The Position

MLT Systems is seeking a mid-level Program Analyst with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs, including knowledge of policy, principles, and organizational protocols. The role involves leading a team of technical and logistics analysts to support acquisition life cycle activities and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for systems and equipment. The analyst will ensure compliance with program requirements, determine logistics support sequences, and identify potential challenges and solutions.

  • Knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols
  • BS/BA Degree with 10 years of related progressive professional work experience (Years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree on a case-by-case basis)
  • Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical and logistics analysts to support acquisition life cycle activities
  • Lead and direct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment, to include ILS element planning to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards
  • Determine proper logistics support sequences and time phasing, and identify possible challenges and solutions arising from the area of operation and other factors (i.e., environmental, human systems integration)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of program requirements and documentation to identify, document, and resolve issues pertaining to the twelve (12) integrated product support elements
  • Perform the administrative and technical activities required to facilitate successful logistics-led events (i.e., Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA), Probability of Program Success Reviews, Supportability Reviews), to include event planning, scheduling, coordination, and preparation of logistics documentation
  • Actively monitor and track logistics taskers across the programs to support the completion of ILA Reports and formulation of responses to formal and informal inquiries
  • Conduct the administrative and technical activities required to plan and manage the PMO Reset/Refit/ Reconstitution Integrated Product Team and sustainment process improvements, as well as develop Logistics Desktop Procedures, to include portfolio-wide guidance for planning and executing ILAs
  • Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders
