About The Position
Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Logistics Analyst who will be a key support to the US Navy using navy Supply logistics systems. Provide Logistician Support in a U.S. Navy environment utilizing the Navy Supply Logistics systems: Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) R-Supply and Organizational Maintenance Managements System-Next Generation (OMMS-NG) Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR). Requisition, track, procure and deliver required parts and materials through local vendors. Maintain and provide inventory reports. Issue, control and receive tools and parts. Order required parts utilizing US Navy supply processes. Document and control shop tool inventory utilizing configuration management of assigned Boats and CESE as as to effectively manage bi-weekly part inventories.
Requirements
- Must have bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience or high school diploma and at least 6 years of experience in general logistics and at least 5 consecutive years of experience in the NAVY Supply Logistics Field.
- Must have experience/knowledge of Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), R-Supply and Organizational Maintenance Managements System-Next Generation (OMMS-NG) and Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR).
- Must have ability to effectively document and control tool and material inventory.
- Must have expertise in Configuration control management.
- Must have proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and email services.
- Must have an Active DoD Secret security clearance or above.
