Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and contractor team members to ensure successful delivery of outputs, including event coordination, technical document review, facilities management, security, and other relevant operational tasks.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for meetings, procurements, logistics of incoming/outgoing materials, and effective multitasking to deliver exceptional results.
  • Employ existing logistical processes to ensure the efficient transfer of information, products, and services between team members, government representatives, and supporting personnel.
  • Assist with documentation and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with established Navy and DoD standards.
  • Oversee the accurate coordination of materials, including receipts and outbound shipments.
  • Manage inactivation and disposal of materials, including inventory tracking, documentation, and using Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposal processes.
