About The Position

This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract. Augustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek a Logistics Analyst to serve as a part of the Company’s Government Programs team supporting CPE IWS for IEW&S HQs SETA. Duties and Responsibilities: The Logistics Analyst is responsible for supervising and performing management or warehouse functions in order to maintain equipment records and parts. A successful Logistics Analyst at ACI will: Raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost and parts data through improved maintenance management. Operate the Global Combat Support System-Army, a logistics system used to track supplies, organizational equipment and spare parts. Requirements

Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret w/SCI security clearance.
High School/GED and greater than 20 years of relevant experience, or
Associate's degree and greater than 16 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor’s degree and greater than 10 years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree and five years of experience.
Demonstrated experience with Logistics Automated Systems.
Competency in communications, leadership, team and risk management.
Must have the ability to communicate with executive management to ensure program related issues are addressed.
Have the ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation.

Nice To Haves

DAWIA level II certification in Lifecycle Logistics or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain stock records and other documents, such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports.
Unload, unpack, count, segregate, palletize and store incoming supplies and equipment in accordance with prescribed storage methods
Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials
Examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage
Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment.
