Logistics Analyst I
About The Position
Supports supply chain activities with a focus on shipment of products and freight management. This role involves receiving and verifying freight invoices, auditing and coding them, and maintaining a freight cost database. The analyst will update SAP with freight data, coordinate freight payments with Accounts Payable, and assist in SAP system improvements for the supply chain. Additionally, the position provides necessary reports and metrics, supports backhaul sales for freight, and assists with planning and load building as needed. The role also includes performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Zero (0) to Three (3) years relevant experience.
- Experience with MS Office required
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to learn FAK, Czarlite, PC Miler.
- Ability to learn FRC Title 49 – Transportation code.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability.
- Ability to organize priorities and perform at a fast pace.
- Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; reliable with strong accurate data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate Degree preferred
- SAP experience preferred
