About The Position

Logistics Analyst to work with the International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Enterprise System (SCES), and associated business management database systems commonly used in support of FMS Case Execution, such as Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or qualifying experience
  • 3 years with a degree (7 years without a degree) general experience in DoD Logistics is required.
  • Completions of the following formal courses are required: DSCU SCM-FA-OL (SCM 101), DSCU SCM-OC-OL (SCM-201), and DSCU ISPR-OL
  • Must be able to secure a secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and enter requisitions into the U.S. Supply Systems
  • Provide independent analysis and assessment of FMS cases in Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Enterprise System (SCES), and associated business management database systems commonly used in support of FMS Case Execution such as Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IH), Repair of Repairables Management (WebRoR), Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) and Parts Repair and Ordering System (PROS)
  • Provide recommendations and course of action to address outstanding Saudi program issues
  • Provide Integrate Logistics Support (ILS) assessment and analysis
  • Maintain all requisition requests for quote, procurement, and technical research requirements
  • Coordinate with commercial vendors for potential direct purchases and record all documentation for RSNF review
  • Provide inventory management support including but not limited to price and availability; requisition input; modifications and cancellations; requisition expedites; and identification of alternate supply sources
  • Manage all CASREP requisitions and provide a weekly CASREP report to RSNF
  • Analyze and address program issues across acquisition, logistics, and financial elements from a developmental and operational standpoint
  • Travel may be required to Mechanicsburg, PA, Washington D.C, and/or other locations as determined by the RSNF office.
  • NAVSUP WSS Saudi Office does require reporting to the office 2 days a week for 8 hrs each day and being present during core working hours, 9 AM – 3 PM during those days
