About The Position

This role involves assisting in the research and update of the Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) database, specifically Material & Equipment Realtime Logistics Information Network (MERLIN) and/or Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA). The analyst will perform sight validation of product configuration, assist in the review and update of the Allowance Equipment List (AEL) Baseline, and develop provisioning skills related to CSA and AEL development. The position requires interfacing with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team concerning HM&E Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) as it relates to CSA, and with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Suppliers to obtain Vendor Furnished Information. The successful applicant will also develop skills to interpret construction drawings for CSA development and must be willing to cross-train to other areas within ILS.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• Familiar with Database development
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to provide proof of US Person Status
• No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years from disposition date
• No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from disposition date
• Willing to submit to a drug screen
• Willing to submit to a background check

Nice To Haves

• Related education in Supply Chain Management or Integrated Logistics Support
• Prior U.S. Navy, MSC or USCG experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required
