About The Position

PURVIS Systems is seeking a Logistician to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs for torpedoes. This role involves managing various logistics processes, data, and requests to ensure the successful delivery and support of systems to international clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Navy experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Navy systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Navy logistics databases/systems.
• Accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Must have or be able to obtain a government security clearance to the level of SECRET.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMS Military Standard Transaction Requisitioning and Issue (MILSTRIP) processes and procedures.
• Format and manage Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) to create, validate, and correct Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) data.
• Utilize Product Data Reporting and Evaluating Program (PDREP) for supplier research.
• Prepare Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Form 339.
• Respond to Intermediate Maintenance Activities (IMA) parts requests.
• Develop and maintain Initial Outfitting Lists (IOL) for FMS customers.
• Coordinate shipments to FMS customers.
• Assist in the review of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
