About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Logistician to support the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This role is responsible for managing all supply operations in support of Army activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Army supply programs, property accountability, and inventory management, ensuring all materials and assets are accurately tracked and compliant with Army regulations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Army supply programs
  • Demonstrated experience performing full supply operations in Army environments
  • Experience with: Ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies
  • Experience with: Property accountability and hand receipt management
  • Experience with: Inventory management and Army asset tracking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with supply management systems, databases, and related tools
  • TS/SCI (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting DoD or military training environments
  • Familiarity with Army logistics systems and property accountability regulations
  • Experience working in secure or mission-critical operational environments

Responsibilities

  • Perform all supply operation functions supporting Army activities, including: Ordering supplies and equipment, Receiving and inspecting deliveries, Storing and organizing inventory, Issuing supplies to authorized personnel
  • Expedite receipt of critical parts and materials as needed
  • Research and identify alternative sourcing options for unavailable items
  • Maintain property accountability for Army equipment and supplies
  • Manage hand receipt procedures and conduct inventories of Army property
  • Ensure compliance with Army supply regulations, policies, and standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all supply transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational needs
  • Conduct regular audits and inventory reviews to ensure accountability and accuracy
  • Provide guidance and support to personnel involved in supply operations
