You will report to the Manager, Warehouse, Poultry, and Poultry NA The Opportunity At JBT Marel, we're looking for a Logistic Support Coordinator II to help manage the external logistical quotation order process (OOP). You will also coordinate the shipping process of JBT Marel and support the remaining shipping processes. You'll also collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and suppliers to increase Logistics function at JBT Marel.

Requirements

Associate Education level or equivalent work experience.
Command of both local language and English
1+ years of experience with and comfort working in a multicultural, multi-discipline organization

Responsibilities

Quotation/order processing · You will determining the transport volume based on the quotation or order input · Issuing transport quotations for road, sea and air · Monitoring the order input · Issuing packing, marking and transport instructions · Preliminary research into the transport options, the required documentation, the origin and the HS codes and the like · Operations concern Marel Global · Transport · Determining the definitive transport volume · Purchasing and booking the transport within the issued budget and the required delivery time · Managing the loads (Marel Global) · Customs, transport and payment documents · Collecting all required information and processing it manually in documents, such as invoices, packing lists, documents of origin, insurance policies, export documents and waybills · Information and report · After shipping, internal and external customers receive the required transport information and documentation · Booking deliveries in the SAP system · Approving freight invoices · Other matters · Support structural processes for improvement · Source of knowledge for the SE and JBT Marel
