About The Position

Responsible for managing the end-to-end sample lifecycle—including receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to relevant laboratories—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company quality standards.

Requirements

  • Graduated from College or University
  • Basic level English; capable of reading and understanding technical documents in English
  • Quick learner, meticulous, accurate, and highly responsible for sample management
  • Strong capability in logical sample arrangement and scientific storage
  • Proficient in using Excel or tracking logs for sample management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure; enthusiastic and reliable

Nice To Haves

  • 6-month experience in a testing/laboratory environment

Responsibilities

  • Receive, manage, and sort incoming samples
  • Update and manage sample information in the eLims system to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Inspect and transfer samples to the appropriate testing team
  • Organize, store, and preserve samples in accordance with company regulations and specific client requirements
  • Liaise with Customer Service regarding sample status, Test Request Forms (TRF), sample receipt, as well as receiving and forwarding client inquiries or complaints
  • Strictly comply with company regulations on document and sample management
  • Adhere to safety, 5S, and sample preservation guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
