Behind the scenes at LOFT! We're looking for someone with part-time, flexible availability to help unpack (get the first peek of new product!) and organize incoming shipment. This position has flexible hours as it's primarily back of house. You must be a able to lift and move 50 lb. boxes and be comfortable with going up and down ladders daily. Shipment hours flex week to week based on upcoming seasons and new product sets, but if you're willing and able to help with other operations, or the sales associate role, we have the ability to give you more consistent hours! You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor. The impact you can have In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences. Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer. Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty. Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer. Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools. Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

Requirements

  • You must be a able to lift and move 50 lb. boxes
  • be comfortable with going up and down ladders daily
  • Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
  • Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
  • Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
