The Loft/Field Box Attendant is the direct liaison with the client and has the responsibility of ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled or filtered through your Pantry Expediter and Supervisor. Loft/Field Box Attendants are responsible for ensuring quality service for one (1) or more Lofts/Field Boxes, for all food and beverage that is ordered by the client, along with maintaining the cleanliness of the Loft/Field Box. The Loft/Field Box Attendant must be familiar with all food and beverage items available in order to serve the Luxury Loft/Field Box Holders as a representative of Craft Culinary Concepts.
