About The Position

The Loft/Field Box Attendant is the direct liaison with the client and has the responsibility of ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled or filtered through your Pantry Expediter and Supervisor. Loft/Field Box Attendants are responsible for ensuring quality service for one (1) or more Lofts/Field Boxes, for all food and beverage that is ordered by the client, along with maintaining the cleanliness of the Loft/Field Box. The Loft/Field Box Attendant must be familiar with all food and beverage items available in order to serve the Luxury Loft/Field Box Holders as a representative of Craft Culinary Concepts.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid TEAM, TIPS or Title 4 alcohol certification card.
  • Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked.
  • Must be discreet and keep all information and details of guests confidential.
  • Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 3+ years server experience in high volume restaurant environment or another stadium/arena.

Responsibilities
