About The Position

As our Valet Attendant, you'll be the go-to pro for handling guests' vehicles with precision and care. Your job is to efficiently transport cars to and from their designated parking spots while ensuring safety is paramount. You'll bring a touch of flair to each interaction, making guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Proficiency in driving manual vehicles is a must, ensuring you're fully equipped to handle any car that comes your way.

Requirements

The ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
A high school diploma or G.E.D.
Prior experience in a guest contact position.
A valid driver's license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
To be able to stand walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Driving guest's vehicles to and from the assigned parking area in an efficient, safe manner.
Completing appropriate vehicle inspections.
Accurately filling out the key information tickets for each set of guests’ keys and stores the keys accordingly.
Accurately observes assigned areas for any unauthorized tampering of guests’ vehicles and immediately reports any incidents to the Supervisor/Manager and/or security.
Always works cooperatively with Door and Bell staff to ensure a high standard of service.
