About The Position

This is a part-time position at the Silver Mountain Lodge, responsible for handling internal/external phone calls and providing guest service. The shift hours are either 2pm-10pm or 4pm-12am. This is an hourly, non-exempt classification.

Requirements

• Reference check
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent employment history.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
• People pleasing attitude.
• Team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Walking the grounds to make sure all doors are secure.
• Answer internal/External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.
• Closing down hot tubs at night.
• Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.
• Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
• Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
• Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
