About The Position

Join our team as a Housekeeper and be an integral part of creating outstanding guest experiences! You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every room is spotless, handling tasks like vacuuming, dusting, bed-making, and restocking supplies. This is a part-time position with a day shift available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are Turning Stone Enterprises, a dynamic organization with a diverse range of business operations, including the award-winning Turning Stone Resort Casino, satellite casinos, convenience stores, golf courses, and other unique ventures.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service position.
• The ability to be able to use a Smartphone.
• The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that each guestroom is vacant before entering to clean.
• Effectively preparing each room for cleaning.
• Removing all soiled linens from the room and making the bed with clean linens.
• Following all procedures and guidelines for thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms.
• Always replenishing the guest rooms and bath supplies.
• Always double-checking and securing the room before leaving.
