About The Position

The Lodge Front Desk Agent at Silver Mountain Lodge is responsible for checking guests into their condo and providing other guest services. This role involves managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements

  • Reference check
  • Criminal background check
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • People pleasing attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Checking guests in
  • Answer internal/External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.
  • Closing down hot tubs at night.
  • Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.
  • Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
  • Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
  • Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
