About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Urologist to join our team at a well-known healthcare facility in Paducah, Kentucky. Our hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, focusing on delivering high-quality care to the adult population. This role offers ongoing 7-10 days of coverage monthly with a 24-hour call schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals looking for flexibility in their practice.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Valid Kentucky license or active IMLC.
- DEA registration required.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide general urology services to adult patients.
- Manage inpatient care with 100% inpatient focus and some potential outpatient procedures.
- Perform advanced procedures including Ureteroscopy and Laser treatments.
- Collaborate with ambulatory APRNs for clinic support.
- Utilize EPIC for EMR documentation.
- Respond to in-house call as scheduled, averaging 2-8 hours of callbacks.
